This was a beautiful place to stay! The kids loved having the basement to themselves, along with the Pac-Man game and a large TV. We loved the master with the deck to themselves hot tub. The river and pond were just a walk away that we were about to see deer, beavers, trout and just beauty of nature .

My stay was great! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was prompt and helpful, and the location worked well for my needs. I had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with views of the mountains but also an easy drive to attractions like the hot springs and adventure park. The kids had a blast just having their downstairs den with tv and ping pong table and we enjoyed cooking family dinners and relaxing in the hot tub.

Great location! Comfortable home with great backyard and quiet neighborhood that is very walkable to downtown. Kitchen was easy to cook in, giving us the option to stay in for dinner after a busy day of adventures. Kenny was always responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! Great locations, great views, and great times had by all! There were enough places to sleep for our large family, and everyone had a blast! We would definitely stay again!

The barn was very clean and you can see the quality in everything, from toilet paper to kitchen utensils, the owner Kenny answer messages quickly, we needed oil and inmediatly sent his son with a bottle of oil , that was a very nice gesture from them. We will be back soon!! Thank you Kenny!!

Having been to Glenwood Springs many times, we decided to make our vacation mainly a “Staycation”, and Kenny’s house did not disappoint!!! The house and amenities were exactly as listed and top quality. The deck was an attraction all of its own. We really enjoyed barbecuing, hot tubbing, sitting by the fire with a cocktail and soaking up the serene views. The house was close to our favorite restaurants, and for me, Alpine hiking. Kenny was a fantastic host! He was extremely quick and responsive to any questions or needs we had. We all highly recommend staying at his beautiful home.

We loved our stay at the barn!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Kenny was an amazing host and kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well. He was there within minutes when I needed help which I appreciated more than he realizes. We had such a great time we hope to make a trip out again in the future. Great staff and the perfect launchpad for a group of us to enjoy Glenwood Springs and the wider area. Brilliant views out over the valley and equipped with everything to meet our needs. Particularly enjoyed barbequing and sit out in the hot tub. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

We booked this for a last minute family trip and it was just what we needed. The house was beautiful and spacious with lots of room for 6 of us to spread out and relax and had beautiful views of the mountains. The kitchen was big and well equipped for cooking meals. We really enjoyed the deck and fire pit and loved watching an afternoon rain storm through the huge glass windows.
