Great home away from home! Very helpful and welcoming. Home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quick check-in and check-out. Beautiful view and not too far from town! We truly enjoyed our stay!

We really liked Kenny’s place. The house itself is quite big, we were just 4 of us so it was ample space but even for 10 people/family it’s more than sufficient. Has a great front patio and backyard with hot tub. Great view of a snow clad peak from the living room, served as a bonus for my morning view. Great place, definitely will come back when in Glenwood. Our only concern was the 10 am checkout instead of 11, we being 4 guys didn’t affect too much but would have liked to have a 11 checkout.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kenny’s beautiful home! The location was perfect—close enough to town for convenience, yet tucked away in the woods with stunning views. The house was spacious for our group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) and spotlessly clean, which made it feel so welcoming. The layout worked out perfectly for us: my baby slept comfortably in the walk-in closet (which was the size of a small room, complete with a window and desk—I even worked from there one day!), the kids loved the bunk beds, and the adults spread out across the two king beds and one queen. All of the beds were very comfortable—and I’m picky about this! The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed cooking meals together every day. We also made the most of the hot tub and grill. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place in Glenwood to accommodate a family, this is it. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The house was spotless and huge and in a great location with awesome views. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome and the deer visiting in the evening was a plus. If you’re looking for a house in Glenwood Springs, this is it!

This is a great property for groups. Several areas to hang out, dine, game room, outdoor space. Very walkable to businesses downtown. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, just bring your own salt, pepper, oil, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Pete’s Place was perfect for my birthday get away. Nestled in the woods (not too far tho) serene, and very comfortable. The wrap around deck is perfect for dinner or just to sit and listen to the babbling brook that runs behind the house. The drive to Pete’s is beautiful and picturesque. After a day of adventure, we couldn’t wait to get back to relax and fellowship. We had a fabulous stay! Thanks Ted & Mary for paying attention to the details that made our stay perfect!

Our stay at Ptarmigan house was awesome. Eight man golf group and everything was as advertised and fully met our expectations. Great views and close to great amenities. House was perfectly cleaned and everything worked without a problem. Great house and Kenny was helpful in getting us in easily. Would love to return.

This home was in the perfect location for all of the various day hikes we had planned. We were very comfortable and the view of Sopris at sunset is amazing! We loved it.

We had a great stay at Kenny’s place. House was as described. Very comfortable, lots of amenities & a perfect location. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck daily. The views are beautiful. We even saw a mama deer and 2 babies several times. Would definitely stay here again.
