The Hilltop House truly has to be one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It sits atop a quiet neighborhood, and it was pretty accessible to everything Glenwood Springs had to offer, as well as a short drive to Snowmass/ Aspen. The drive from EGE airport made it easily accessible as well. The house is extremely clean, beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked well with utensils & cookware for us to be able to cook breakfast & dinner. The hosts were helpful and responsive- we would definitely love to come back here the next time we visit this area! If you’re going back and forth about booking it- DO IT! You won’t regret it!

We can’t thank our host enough for such a great experience. They were incredibly kind, accommodating with a last-minute request, and always quick to respond. It made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Majestic truly is a perfect description for the views and the location was perfect for skiing, hiking, day or night dining out, etc. We even a situation needing an emergency check up and hospital was only 15 minutes away. Hoping we can make it back there to vacation again sooner than later.

Great place! We booked a last minute trip for my family to glenwood between Christmas and new years, and I was so grateful we were able to find such a perfect place for the 4 of us. Immaculately clean house, super comfy couch, ample kitchen items. Really nice to have a covering for the car that connects to the back entrance. So easy to walk to the Main Street. We are already talking about making this an annual trip and we would definitely stay here again if it is available.

The house was amazing and the children enjoyed the game room. The theater room was a big hit too. We enjoyed watching movies and they had a large selection of movies to choose from. I would highly recommend this house for a family as it has everything you could possibly want or need.

Great place to stay with family. We all felt right at home upon arriving. Easy to find- easy to check in. The views were so beautiful and the river was a great sight for peaceful sightseeing & rock skipping. Everything you need is close but Kenny has his home stocked up well so we didn’t really need to buy anything but food for our family of 9. There’s two extra pull out beds that we loved to use for the living room for those who didn’t want to sleep downstairs. The hot tub was my morning ritual and I loved every peaceful moment this home brought my family. Thanks Kenny. Great place to stay!

This house is STUNNING! Gorgeous views of the sunset in the backyard, amazing theater room great for playing games with your friends, and huge hot tub with amazing views of the mountains. Loved our stay here and will come back! Thank you to Kenny for being an amazing host!

If you’re looking for a place to stay for your ski trip to Aspen or Vail, i highly recommend this listing. Easily accommodated 8 of us , the location is perfect, close to Glenwood Springs and Carbondale. Besides that, the space is clean, the views are nice, and the fact that the owner provided the right amount of towels and kitchen equipment makes it a 10/10.

Our stay at the Ptarmigan House was fantastic! Everything was just as expected and more! Wonderful place to stay for a large group. We had 9 adults and 4 little ones. Sooo much fun! Would definitely book again if we go back to Glenwood Springs!

A group of friends reserved this for a getaway weekend.
Kenny provided information well ahead of time, was super quick at communicating when needed. Accommodated requests and queries throughout the whole weekend.
The house itself is gorgeous, the theater room is awesome and we had so much fun looking through all the DVD collection
Additionally, there’s a ton of games already there. There are a ton of books as well. The hot tub is very large. It was just a very pleasant, clean, open, and comfortable space for everyone that came.
Definitely would recommend!
